Our tech stack: Flutter (mobile & web), Go, PHP, and AWS – including real POS hardware seamlessly integrated into our system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver features end‑to‑end in a cross‑functional team, from ideation and design to implementation, rollout, and operations
• Work across the entire stack, from backend to frontend
• Use AI tools (e.g., OpenCode, Copilot) responsibly and help establish best practices within the team
• Ensure operational quality with a strong focus on performance, security, stability, scalability, and observability
• Actively contribute to architectural and design decisions
• Support and grow the team through mentoring and pair programming
• Help define and improve standards for testing, code quality, and CI/CD
• Build clean APIs, well‑designed data models, and high‑performance user experiences

Profile

• Several years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer
• Strong experience in backend development with PHP and/or Go, combined with hands‑on experience in Flutter
• Ability and willingness to work across both backend (PHP/Go) and frontend (Flutter) as part of a unified stack
• Pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality
• Solid understanding of MySQL, relational data models, and API design
• Experience with AWS and containerized deployments; Kubernetes is a plus
• Systems thinking across architectural and technological boundaries
• Independent, structured working style with strong analytical skills
• Fluency in English (required); German is a plus
