Senior Full Stack Java Developer

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10+ years of experience designing and developing robust, scalable, and maintainable applications applying Object Oriented Design principles
• Strong Java Core development with extensive hands-on experience with concurrent programming.
• Must have solid platform integration experience.
• Hands-on experience in Web technologies (HTML, CSS), REST-APIs, and Backend using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Experience with Agile software development processes with a strong emphasis on test driven development
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience in tools such as JIRA, BlackDuck, SONAR etc.
• Spring Framework including Core, Integration, Batch, JDBC, Hibernate.
• Databases -RDBMS preferably Oracle, NoSQL preferably MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Linux environment including scripting skills.
• SDLC/Dev Ops - GitHub, CI/CD pipeline frameworks such as Jenkins, SonarQube, JIRA, any secure coding toolkits
• Demonstrated capacity to build sophisticated tooling for development and production team use
• Ability to lead and coach junior developers

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree
• Experience with React JS
• Experience in financial or banking sector, automated testing experience
• Experience with AI Dev tools such as Copilot

What You Will Be Doing

• Hands-on development position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team.
• Overall objective of this role is to building robust, high-performance, large-scale applications with the ability to operate with minimal level of direct supervision.
