Senior Full Stack Engineer

Mission

The Financial Crimes Technology team is need of a Senior Full Stack Engineer with experience in design, development of enterprise systems, and handling high volumes of data in case management and reporting. This team handles workflow management for financial crime investigations and money laundering by creating applications for internal users to look through a queue of items, investigate, and file regulatory filings. The candidate would design, implement, and be involved in production support and monitoring to replace an existing case management application as well as help build the next generation investigations platform to support Financial Crimes Investigations and Reporting.

Must Haves

• Must be a true Full Stack Developer
• 8+ years of Core Java Development experience
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microservices and RESTful web services built on Spring Boot
• 4+ years of UI experience with Angular 10+ or React
• Hands on experience with Oracle and SQL Database
• Experience with CICD/Devops including hands on experience with Jenkins
• Strong Agile experience
• Financial Services experience

Plusses

• Highly prefers Cloud experience with OpenShift
• Highly prefers hands on experience in Financial Crimes
• Experience with data architecture and solution design
• Prior experience on technology modernization efforts
• Experience with IntelliJ and Github

Day To Day

• Perform standard developer activities of code, write unit test, manually unit test, build and release code, run code scans etc. as part of the standard SDLC cycle for the team in an Agile manner.
• Has good understanding of version control (GIT), CICD, uDeploy, Jenkins and able to generate documentation as required
• Participates in standard Agile ceremonies to discuss design, development, and implementation of large and complex Financial Crimes applications
• Build complex UI via Angular UI Framework
• Integrate the UI with backend services
• Develop a loosely coupled architecture making use of the appropriate constructs which should include micro-services, workflows, and routes
• Work with Jenkins and CI tools to automate development, build, deployment, and testing
