Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack MERN Developer to join our team as a Founding Engineer. You will be instrumental in building our core product from the ground up, working across the entire stack to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Hooks, etc.).
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
