You’ll be joining a global financial services organization delivering technology solutions that support complex, mission‑critical platforms. The team operates in a highly collaborative, agile environment and builds modern, cloud‑native applications used by clients across the financial services ecosystem. There’s a strong emphasis on engineering quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll work within a cross‑functional agile team to design, build, and support a modern AWS cloud‑native web application. You’ll play a hands‑on role across backend and frontend development using Node.js, TypeScript, and React, while also contributing to code quality, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating closely with Product, UX, and QA stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in web application development
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• 2+ years of experience building frontend applications using React (Redux is a plus)
• Experience designing and developing asynchronous, event‑driven processes (e.g., queues, background jobs)
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including debugging, performance tuning, refactoring, branching strategies, and coding standards
• Experience writing unit tests and maintaining test coverage thresholds
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional teams
• Self‑motivated, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, ECS, CloudFormation, and IAM
• Exposure to Amazon Bedrock and large language models (LLMs)
• Previous experience in financial services and/or real estate environments
