Senior Full‑Stack Developer – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

About

You will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a cloud-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure, scalable web applications using React, Angular, or Next.js with Node.js backend services
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, including enterprise integrations with Microsoft Graph API
• Implement authentication and authorization using MSAL, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
• Develop cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure services (App Service, Key Vault, Storage, Logic Apps, Front Door, etc.)
• Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Design and implement identity and access lifecycle solutions in Microsoft Entra ID, including role-based access and delegated administration
• Create secure workflows for access requests, approvals, and audits with end‑to‑end traceability
• Implement logging, monitoring, and auditability aligned with enterprise security standards
• Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and solution design
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior developers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level software development
• 3+ years of experience working with IAM / Identity Governance solutions
• Hands‑on experience with React, Angular, or Next.js
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js and REST APIs
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API
• Experience with Azure services and cloud-native development
• Strong understanding of security principles, authentication, authorization, and audit controls
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with IAM / IGA platforms (Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, etc.)
• Exposure to Zero Trust architectures
• Experience with Agile / DevOps environments
• Experience in banking or government environments
• Exposure to Generative AI or agentic frameworks
