Your Tasks

• You develop end-to-end solutions that create real added value for our customers, and actively shape microservices and modern software architectures.
• You implement modern web UIs that are responsive, accessible, and user-oriented, using frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue and supported by UI frameworks and libraries like Tailwind CSS, MUI, or PrimeNG.
• You work with prototyping tools like Figma to understand designs from UX designers and precisely implement them in frontend code.
• You develop and operate performant backend services with Java or Kotlin, use Spring Boot for robust microservices, and reliably integrate databases and external interfaces.
• You stand for high software quality, including through automated tests (e.g., Cypress, Playwright) and clean code principles.
• You advise clients confidently on architecture, technology, and implementation issues and communicate technical content understandably.
• You work closely with UX/UI designers, product owners, and developers from other disciplines and actively contribute to agile teams.
• You conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and jointly ensure compliance with best practices, architectural guidelines, and high code quality within the team.

Your Profile

Languages: German fluent, English very good

• You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and several years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks like Angular, Vue, or React.
• You think beyond the code, actively contribute to architecture and microservice concepts, and can communicate technical contexts understandably – both internally and with clients.
• You have experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB), including data modeling.
• You enjoy developing modern and accessible UIs, use tools like Figma and frameworks like Tailwind, MUI, or PrimeNG, and stand for high software quality through automated tests.
• You feel comfortable in agile teams, work confidently with GitLab, Jira, and Confluence, and impress with strong communication skills, consulting competence, and a solution-oriented approach.
• You have fluent German and English skills; experience with Kafka is a plus.
