Your Role - Your Tasks

Project Management (Technical and Economic)

• Overall responsibility for software projects (time, budget, quality)
• Planning, control, and monitoring of projects
• Stakeholder management at customer and management level
• Risk management and change control

Technical Responsibility (Fullstack Development)

• Conception, architecture design, and further development of fullstack applications based on C# / .NET
• Development of scalable, performant, and maintainable software solutions
• Active participation in implementation (frontend & backend)
• Ensuring code quality through reviews, standards, and best practices
• Technical mentoring and professional leadership of small project teams
• Targeted use of AI assistance systems (e.g., Devin.AI, Copilot, ChatGPT) to support development, testing, documentation, and refactoring
• Support of deployments, releases, and go-live phases

Consulting

• Advising customers on architecture, technology, and transformation decisions
• Structured recording and prioritization of requirements
• Translation of business requirements into viable technical concepts
• Conducting workshops, presentations, and coordination meetings at decision-maker level
• Proactive identification of optimization potential – also through AI-supported development and automation approaches

Your Profile

• You have several years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with C# / .NET.
• You have successfully managed and implemented customer projects with technical and economic responsibility.
• You have sound knowledge of software architecture.
• You have high quality standards for your code and use modern tools – ideally AI-supported – to work efficiently and cleanly.
• You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and communicate appropriately with customers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Strong consulting skills and very good German and English language skills complete your profile.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Angular, React, or TypeScript
• Experience with SQL databases
• Experience in agile project environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Industry knowledge (e.g., airport/infrastructure environment)

Your Work Location (Hybrid)

Our locations are in Munich and Burghausen (Altötting district). Every two weeks, there is a team day in Burghausen. We work hybrid (2 days in the office/ 3 days mobile). If you do not live directly at one of our locations, we offer collaboration via a home office contract.
