Client Overview

Our client is a US-based AI company building a real-time behavioral intelligence platform that identifies who is actively researching, evaluating, or preparing to buy specific products and services.

The product uses large language models (LLMs) and semantic inference to analyze digital behavior across the open web, transforming fragmented signals into actionable buyer intent so revenue teams can prioritize and engage the right people at the right time.

Following a successful enterprise pilot, the team is now expanding and looking for high-impact engineers to scale product development.

Job Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend bias to help drive our product’s user experience and LLM-enabled features. You’ll be joining a high-caliber founding team focused on delivering fast, intuitive, AI-powered workflows.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, values clean interfaces and strong frontend patterns, but is also comfortable owning backend microservices and collaborating on infrastructure as the platform scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop modern, responsive frontend interfaces using React/Next.js and Tailwind
• Integrate LLM-based search, summarization, and inference tools into product workflows
• Own system performance, reliability, and API design
• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services (Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL/Supabase)
• Work closely with design and product to rapidly prototype and iterate
• Ensure security and privacy standards for enterprise data ingestion and retrieval
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code across the stack
• Help shape team processes, architecture decisions, and product direction

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a fullstack engineer, with strong frontend focus
• Advanced skills in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
• Experience integrating LLMs or embeddings into product experiences
• Familiarity with Node.js and Python for backend microservices
• Experience with PostgreSQL or Supabase for data modeling and performance
• Solid understanding of API design, performance optimization, and web security
• Proficiency with Docker for local development and containerized deployment
• Comfort working in GCP, Kubernetes, or other cloud-native environments
• Strong communication and self-management skills in async and startup settings

• Prior work with semantic search, intent scoring, or LLM-based workflows
• Background in marketing tech, revenue ops, or behavioral analytics
• Familiarity with browser-based extension tools or Slack integrations
• Experience in startup/scale-up environments with ownership over critical systems
