Im Recruiting-Bereich entwickeln wir mehrere Produkte rund um Talentgewinnung: von Concludis, unserem eigenständigen Bewerbermanagementsystem, über das Helix-Recruiting-Modul bis hin zu Jobportal-Integrationen und digitalem Onboarding.

Your Challenges

• Product Ownership: You develop product features across the entire stack – backend in PHP, database layer in MariaDB, frontend in JavaScript – and bring them to the live system. You make technical decisions at the feature level yourself.
• Close to the Product: You work directly with Product Management and contribute to product discussions. What appears on the screen is the result of your work – you develop solutions, not just implementations.
• Quality as Standard: You ensure quality through tests, code reviews, and documentation, and actively drive the modernization of the codebase.
• AI in Daily Development: You actively use AI tools in your daily development work and help shape how we integrate AI into the development process.

Your Profile

You don't just want to complete the next project, but to shape, develop, and technically improve a product over a longer period. You enjoy understanding existing software, implementing good solutions step by step, and taking responsibility for sustainable quality.

We are looking for someone who sees Fullstack not as a compromise, but as a home port.

• Experience: Senior-level Fullstack experience (5+ years) with a strong PHP backend and solid JavaScript/frontend skills.
• Product Mindset: You think from the user's perspective, understand product goals, and want to build features that matter.
• Stack: Own MVC framework based on Symfony components, PHP, and MariaDB. We are actively developing the frontend stack – you will shape it, not just inherit it.
• Frontend Toolchain: You have experience with modern frontend build processes – e.g., SCSS/Sass, JavaScript bundling, asset pipelines, minification, source maps, or comparable toolchains.
• Testing & Tooling: You know PHPUnit, Behat, and Git. You have a good sense for maintainable code, clean structures, and pragmatic quality assurance.
• CI/CD & Delivery: You have experience with CI/CD processes and build pipelines, ideally with Jenkins. Docker experience is welcome, especially for local development environments, testing, or deployment-related workflows.
• Database & Performance: You are familiar with MariaDB/MySQL. You can design understandable data models, read and optimize SQL, and pragmatically address performance issues.
• Communication: You communicate in German with the team, Product Management, and stakeholders. Agile practice is a given.
• AI Affinity: You have experience with AI tools in daily development or want to actively build them. We don't expect expertise – but genuine interest.
• Nice-to-have: API integrations, job portal connections, DevOps affinity, basic Linux/server understanding, or experience with complex SaaS applications? Welcome, but not mandatory.
