Requirements and Your Profile

• Completed computer science degree at a University of Applied Sciences, University, or ETH
• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack (web) development (ideally with Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Docker, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React)
• Experience in software architecture and appreciates direct customer interaction
• Experience in planning and implementing technical projects using agile methods (Scrum)
• Good communication skills, empathy & a healthy sense of humor
• Drive to develop yourself personally and professionally with us
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken, min. C1), Swiss German is a plus

Your Responsibilities

• You will take on technical leadership and consulting in demanding projects, working closely with clients and interdisciplinary teams from requirements engineering, UX/UI design, and development.
• You test, document, optimize – and take responsibility.
• You think not only in lines of code but in solutions: from the initial idea to sustainable implementation and maintenance.
• You enjoy collaborating with others – whether in pairing, during reviews, or simply in daily team exchange.
• You actively share your knowledge and enjoy being part of a strong community.
