What you'll do

Do you want to develop modern and secure applications with real impact? As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will take responsibility not only for your own code but also for the technical quality of the entire team.

• Technical co-responsibility in the project: from requirements analysis and system design to customer implementation
• Software development with modern languages and frameworks (including Kotlin, Angular, Vue) and the judgment to choose the right tools for the respective problem
• Active participation in shaping the architecture: you think in systems, not just features
• Careful work including test automation: you set the standard for code quality and accompany code reviews with constructive feedback
• Mentoring junior developers: you pass on your knowledge strategically and elevate the entire team
• Close collaboration with customers and stakeholders: you can communicate technical decisions clearly and represent them convincingly

What you bring

• University degree in Computer Science (ETH/FH/Uni) or equivalent
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, with several years in complex customer projects
• In-depth expertise and understanding of software engineering, coupled with a passion for it
• Experience with (web and backend) technologies and agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar)
• Experience in software architecture: you have designed systems, not just implemented them, and are comfortable with new technologies
• A habit of viewing quality not as an extra effort, but as an integral part of the work, including testing, reviews, and documentation
• Ability to reduce complexity: in your code, your explanations, and your proposed solutions
• Good German and English language skills
