Your Responsibilities

• Develop accessible and maintainable features for the MD FAMLI application.
• Work with engineers, designers, and product managers to clarify requirements and deliver exceptional value to end-users.
• Participate in code reviews, maintaining and upholding our high standards of code quality.

Your Experience

• 5+ years of robust experience in fullstack development, particularly with Ruby on Rails.
• Proficient in creating maintainable, well-tested, and extensible full-stack functionalities, especially heavy multi-page forms and complex data systems.

Compensation and Benefits

Fearless offers a competitive salary for this role, ranging from $120,588 to $135,000, along with discretionary bonuses based on performance. Our benefits package includes:
