Your Role

• Impactful Software: You will work on web applications used by thousands of users daily. Quality, reliability, and user experience are not compromises, but your standard.
• Frontend with Soul: You have a real feel for how good software should feel. You design UIs where end-users notice: someone has put thought into this. Angular is your tool – user satisfaction is your goal.
• Consulting at Eye Level: You analyze requirements, constructively question them, and develop individual solutions together with our clients – always with an eye on the business logic and the right technology.
• Technical Responsibility: You shape architectural decisions, set standards for code quality and security, and actively drive the continuous improvement of our solutions.
• Fullstack Engagement: You move confidently between backend and frontend – from API design and business logic to the user interface.
• End-to-End Involvement: You accompany the entire software development cycle – from idea to conception and realization to deployment and operation.
• AI-powered Development: You are interested in modern AI tools in everyday development and actively contribute to our AI transformation – with initiative and the will to continuously develop engineering.

What You Bring

• Backend Expertise: Profound experience in Java with Spring Boot, solid knowledge of Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, and microservice architectures.
• Frontend Passion: Experience with TypeScript and Angular – and a genuine interest in building interfaces that bring joy.
• Cloud & Tooling: Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes; familiar with modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Agile Mindset: You know Scrum or Kanban not just from textbooks, but live them in your daily project work.
• Communication: You communicate clearly, directly, and at eye level – with clients and team colleagues alike, in German and English.
• Education: Completed studies in computer science or comparable professional experience that speaks for itself.
