With our fully digital sales platform, we set industry standards – through automated processes and modern technologies. These include intuitive web portals, mobile applications, the powerful TELESON commission system, and our proprietary AI TELI, which we are continuously developing.

To strengthen our development team at our Munich location, we are looking for a dedicated colleague (m/f/d) to actively shape our digital future and take on responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Further development and expansion of our digital sales platform
• Development of performant and maintainable web applications with PHP 8 and modern JavaScript technologies
• Active shaping of our technical standards, toolchains, and development processes
• Natural use of modern, AI-supported development tools to increase efficiency in the software lifecycle
• Ensuring high code quality through reviews, testing strategies, and best practices
• Optimization of our container, build, and deployment processes in collaboration with DevOps
• Technical sparring partner in an experienced development team

Requirements

Technical Requirements (Must-Haves):

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in full-stack development
• Very good knowledge of PHP 8+ and experience with established system landscapes based on Zend
• Profound experience in developing modern web applications
• Confident handling of relational databases (MySQL) and API design (REST)
• Good knowledge of modern JavaScript technologies (e.g., React)
• Experience with Docker (Compose) and common CI/CD processes (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Experience in the further development of monolithic systems and their gradual migration to service-oriented architectures
• Experience with modern backend frameworks (e.g., Symfony) and practical use of technologies like Redis or other NoSQL systems
• Confident handling of common package managers and build processes, as well as openness to AI-supported development tools
