The specialist service provider, based in Saarlouis (Saarland) and Mainaschaff (Bavaria), has been supplying and advising television stations, publishing houses, and network operators in Germany and other European countries for approximately 35 years. To this end, program data from over 3000 TV and radio stations are aggregated, recorded, and refined.

Responsibilities

• Realization and further development of our PHP / JavaScript-based software solutions
• Maintenance of our C# / Python-based backend software
• Conception and implementation of front-end and backend systems
• Analysis and solution of complex development tasks
• Implementation/programming of web-based applications in teamwork

Qualifications

• Successfully completed computer science degree (university/FH/BA) or a corresponding vocational training in application development – we are happy to give career starters a chance here!
• Excellent knowledge of the programming languages JavaScript and Python
• Good knowledge of the programming languages PHP and C#
• Knowledge of working with SQL databases as well as HTML5, CSS, API technologies, RESTful web services
• A good ability to grasp concepts, strong communication skills, and teamwork skills round off your profile

Bonus References:

• Knowledge of InDesign / Photoshop
• Experience with InDesign/InCopy plug-in programming
• Knowledge of Node.js
• Good English skills
