At Apex Group, you will perform complex accounting tasks involving asset setup, maintenance, and reconciliation. As part of the middle office team, you will liaise with brokers, prepare reports, and contribute to cash position reconciliations. Your focus will be on meeting client needs while ensuring accurate financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate asset setup and maintenance across various funds
- Prepare daily reconciliation of cash transactions and positions
- Liaise with brokers and custodian agents effectively
- Process corporate actions and agent notices accurately
- Develop client relationships to ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Knowledge of Fund Administration and Private Equity necessary
- CPA/MBA preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with Paxus, Geneva, or similar systems is an advantage
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
