Senior GEO Strategy and Project Manager

As a GEO Manager at Omnicom Global Solutions India, you will be responsible for managing Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) activities for global brands. Your expertise in GEO will be crucial in analyzing, auditing, and reporting on websites and webpages. This role will allow you to work closely with top global brands, own large/reputed accounts, and support global clients and account managers of the Media Solutions team. Key responsibilities include:

- Owning day-to-day performance of GEO projects & being accountable for delivery - Evangelizing GEO best practices & embedding them in new launches - Training specialist and analyst level team members on GEO best practices - Troubleshooting technical GEO issues & recommending fixes for performance improvement - Keeping up to date with GEO trends & techniques - Acting as a key focal point across clients, stakeholders & teams - Working on page-level optimizations to ensure core page elements are optimized for higher organic search ranking - Conducting competitive landscape analysis to understand successful GEO strategies - Compiling reports by pulling GEO data from AI tools to measure optimization effectiveness

Qualifications & Experience required for this role:

- A full-time graduate degree - 9 to 12 years of experience in GEO project management - Strong technical skills in on-page and off-page optimization, ecommerce, local, international, mobile & app GEO - Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS & other dynamic scripting required for GEO - Experience in preparing & monitoring GEO project schedules - Exposure to GEO tools & auditing
