Reporting to the Global MDx Marketing Director, this role leads clinical market-shaping initiatives, supports global campaigns, and strengthens partnerships to accelerate portfolio growth. With a priority focus on BD Onclarity™, the Senior Clinical Marketing Manager plays a meaningful role in driving awareness, advocacy, and adoption across markets. They convert unmet clinical needs into compelling clinical narratives and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clinically grounded strategy for ADx in Women's Health, advised by clinical practice, patient journeys, and standards of care, in partnership with Global MDx Marketing, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional teams.
  • Own the market-shaping roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that support guideline influence, clinical adoption, and long-term growth in Women's Health diagnostics.
  • Drive programs across assays and platforms, including playbooks, value dossiers, educational programs, webinars, messaging frameworks, and KOL-led engagements.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to enable and amplify marketing activities, including peer-to-peer education, congress presence, and clinician engagement programs.
  • Apply patient, and customer insights to develop clear and compliant tools, messaging, and campaigns that support ADx's leadership position.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Public Health, Market Access, and Government Affairs to deliver clinical content, advocacy materials, and engagement strategies aligned to portfolio priorities.
  • Contribute expertise and strategic feedback to global marketing strategy, annual strategic reviews, and marketing plans, supporting the Director and broader team through collaboration and mentorship.
  • Act as a clinical thought partner to regional marketing teams, supporting alignment to global strategy while enabling locally relevant execution.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate performance metrics and return on investment for clinical marketing initiatives, proactively finding opportunities to improve impact.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Women's Health diagnostics environment, including clinical trends, patient pathways, competitive activity, and unmet needs.
  • Work effectively across Medical, Clinical and Scientific Affairs, R&D, Business Development, and Product Management to ensure clinical accuracy, scientific integrity, and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards across all clinical marketing activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Life Sciences, Clinical Sciences, Marketing, or Business.
  • 5+ years of experience in global or regional strategic marketing, clinical marketing, or product management within IVD, diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences, with demonstrated success in commercialization excellence, portfolio strategy, and brand leadership.
  • Clinical or medical background strongly preferred, with direct experience in clinical, laboratory, scientific, or Medical Affairs roles and a proven track record of developing medically accurate, and compliant educational and commercial materials, including messaging, KOL programs, and scientific content.
  • Proven understanding of regulated healthcare environments, including promotional vs. non-promotional boundaries, medical review processes, and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate clinical evidence, guidelines, and scientific data into customer-focused marketing strategies that drive adoption and trust.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's, PhD, PharmD, MD) or MBA preferred.

Salary Range Information

$124,700.00 - $205,700.00 USD Annual
