Our Current Challenges and Future Goals

You will manage the entire product management process with efficiency and foresight, ensuring that all relevant product information is always at hand, and bring new products from the first idea to global market launch on the path to success. As the central interface between internal teams and external partners, you will have the entire product lifecycle firmly in your sights and steer it in a goal-oriented manner from start to finish.

Areas Where We Need Your Support

• You analyze market, trend, and consumer data and derive strategic recommendations for our product portfolio.
• You are responsible for KPI and data analysis and use the insights gained to make informed decisions in product management.
• You take over the commercial conception, planning, implementation, and market launch of new and existing products on a global scale.
• You manage a structured product development process and ensure that all stakeholders are always on the same page.
• You act as the central interface between internal teams and external partners and ensure that all relevant product information is always available and up-to-date.

What You Bring With You

• You have a completed degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• MUST HAVE: You have at least 5 years of industry-specific experience in a D2C company in the dietary supplements, food, or cosmetics industry.
• You have in-depth knowledge of commercial product development and multi-project management.
• You have regulatory knowledge in your field and know how to apply it safely in practice.
• You work confidently in Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Asana is desirable.
• You communicate fluently in German and English (at least C1), both written and verbal.
