You will co‑drive this journey with a dynamic and growing team that uses leading technology and works in a truly global set‑up to solve challenging problems, develop new business solutions and digital products:

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely directly with the CDO to design and run transformational programs from tech solutions to communication to training and everything else that is needed to get things done
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and requirements and to drive the transformation forward
• Establish strong relationships across the world with our regions and the regional digital leaders to drive transformation and impact
• Support in developing a high‑performing management and implementation team

Program Management

• Define and develop transformational programs in a crawl, walk, run approach
• Lead and drive the execution of complex digital programs from concept to delivery, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget completion
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program outcomes

Who we are looking for

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, engineering, etc.)
• Over 5 years of B2B experience and experience as a management consultant with strong digital experience (e.g. transformation programs, digital products) in a leading business / digital consultancy
• Strong hands‑on experience in working with Agile methodologies in a global B2B setting and in collaboration with existing processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate (verbally and in writing) ideas and complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Solid organizational and project‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with digital product development, preferably in areas such as software, mobile apps, or web platforms
• A strongly driven pragmatic and hands‑on person who is ready to go the extra mile and does what is necessary to make the product a success (ownership mindset)
• Very strong team player – turning teams into high‑performing teams
