This position allows you to work remotely; however, we highly value in-person collaboration. We therefore expect you to join us on-site regularly for key team meetings, special events, and to strengthen team spirit.

Your Tasks

• Trading Engine Development: Actively contribute to the evolution of our trading platform, with a strong focus on our core component – the trading engine.
• API Development & Optimization: Further develop and enhance our API infrastructure.
• Technical Design & Implementation: Contribute to the technical design and implementation of requirements, ensuring high standards in security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate closely with internal clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify optimization potential and actively contribute to improving existing systems and processes.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in backend development using Golang, ideally within a microservices architecture.
• Cloud, Database & DevOps Skills: Solid experience with AWS, relational databases, and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Communication: A structured, reliable, and self-driven way of working, combined with clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (minimum C1 level), German skills are a plus.
