Accountabilities
- Own the full strategy, execution, and performance of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns for a portfolio of products.
- Manage multi-channel paid acquisition efforts across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and other relevant formats.
- Build and optimize campaign funnels to improve traffic quality, conversions, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign data using platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools to guide decisions.
- Scale successful offers and audiences while maintaining profitability targets.
- Use AI tools to generate, test, and refine creatives, ad copy, videos, and landing page concepts.
- Run continuous A/B testing across ads, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnel elements.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to uncover growth opportunities and improve positioning.
- Identify automation opportunities using scripts, AI workflows, and third-party tools to improve efficiency.
- Share insights, performance learnings, and scaling opportunities with the broader team through regular collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns with strong performance results.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) or other paid search platforms.
- Strong understanding of PPC strategy, bidding models, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent reporting tools.
- Demonstrated success managing budgets while maintaining profitable ROI or ROAS targets.
- Experience running structured A/B tests and interpreting results to improve campaign outcomes.
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative production, automation, or campaign optimization.
- Strong knowledge of landing page optimization, funnel strategy, and user acquisition journeys.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain performance insights clearly.
- Self-driven, highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a remote high-growth environment.
