A fast-growing cloud consultancy is scaling rapidly across Germany, supporting organisations in modernising their IT landscapes across cloud, SAP, and data & AI.

With strong growth and multiple new project wins, my client is looking to expand their Google Cloud capability with an experienced Senior Google Workspace Engineer (m/f/d) to support large-scale migration and transformation projects.

Responsibilities

You’ll play a key role in delivering modern digital workplace solutions by:

• Leading and executing Google Workspace migration projects (e.g. M365 Google Workspace, on-prem • GCP)
• Supporting customers throughout their cloud transformation journey as a technical expert
• Designing and implementing cloud-based workplace and collaboration solutions
• Running technical workshops, PoCs, and project kick-offs
• Acting as a bridge between engineering and consulting teams, clearly communicating technical solutions
• Managing projects independently while collaborating closely with client stakeholders

Qualifications

You’re a hands-on cloud engineer with:

• Strong experience with Google Workspace (architecture, implementation, migration)
• Proven background in migration and transformation projects (not purely admin/support)
• Solid knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, and Exchange
• Basic networking knowledge
• A customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
• Fluent German (min. B2) and English
