About this role

Within our Pay & Incentivization Experience domain in Product & Tech Logistics, we develop courier compensation and incentive products that balance our 3‑sided marketplace. Your team owns:

  • Real-time dynamic pricing systems – ML‑powered models that adjust courier pay based on live supply‑demand signals
  • Targeted incentive programs – Time‑windowed and zone‑specific bonuses addressing network imbalances
  • Reactive compensation tools – Dynamic pay adjustments responding to unplanned events and real‑time conditions
  • Engagement and rewards programs – Gamification systems including performance‑based challenges and campaigns

We’re seeking a Senior Group Product Manager to lead a team of 3 Product Managers (Canada & Europe), driving global strategy while maintaining hands‑on execution when needed.

Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week from our offices in Toronto, Canada or Amsterdam, Netherlands or London, UK & 2 days working from home

Reporting to: Head of Product, Network Optimization


Leadership & Strategy

  • Build and empower high‑performing cross‑functional teams (Tech, UX, Data Science, Delivery)
  • Define and drive the vision for global logistics platform integration
  • Execute player‑coach model: strategic direction + hands‑on delivery to accelerate progress
  • Coach PMs toward continuous growth and performance excellence

Delivery & Impact

  • Ensure continuous value delivery using outcome‑driven approaches aligned to company OKRs
  • Drive data‑informed decision‑making through product analytics and experimentation
  • Champion product management best practices (discovery, validation, prototyping, delivery)
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and senior stakeholders to optimize cross‑team effectiveness

  • 8+ years in modern product management with proven track record
  • 2+ years leading and coaching teams, managing performance
  • Deep understanding of data science, ML optimization concepts, and real‑time systems
  • Sharp business judgment with strong analytical and logical thinking

  • Excellent communication: distill complex technical/business matters for diverse audiences (technical and non‑technical stakeholders, senior management)
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) with strong presentation skills

Compensation range: $143,640 – $189,000 (Toronto, Canada)
