The Senior Group Product Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding the Sonexus product portfolio, ensuring that our products and capabilities deliver significant value to both the business and the customers we serve. This leadership position oversees the Product Management function, collaborates closely with Engineering teams, and ensures that our product strategy and execution align with the ever-evolving needs of our organization.

Role Overview

The Senior Group Product Manager reports directly to the Director of Product Strategy and is responsible for the overall execution and evolution of the Sonexus product portfolio. A strong grasp of business strategy, customer needs, and modern product practices is essential for guiding teams toward meaningful outcomes.

This position requires close collaboration with Engineering leaders and Solution Owners, as well as stakeholders in marketing, sales, operations, and customer success. You will ensure that priorities, trade-offs, and delivery plans are well-aligned. Additionally, you will play an integral role in advancing the organization's AI transformation from a product perspective, ensuring that AI-enabled capabilities are strategically incorporated into our product roadmaps in a responsible and value-driven way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage the product portfolio and roadmap, balancing customer value, business impact, risk, dependencies, and effort.
  • Facilitate the organization's AI transformation by identifying and integrating AI-enabled capabilities into product roadmaps.
  • Provide ongoing updates to stakeholders as product work evolves, focusing on delivering value while weighing costs and benefits.
  • Lead a team of Product Managers in making strategic product decisions and ensuring that the product portfolio supports both enterprise and Sonexus objectives.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing Product Management organization by defining roles, processes, and training necessary for success.
  • Encourage a shared accountability model where Product defines the what and why while Engineering drives the how, with joint ownership of outcomes.
  • Guide Product Managers in partnering with Solution Owners throughout the discovery and delivery of capabilities.
  • Engage with customers to gain a deep understanding of their needs, workflows, and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a robust system of product metrics to monitor progress toward outcomes, communicate results, and optimize practices.
  • Effectively communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress to stakeholders, balancing costs, benefits, and delivery trade-offs.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a preference for those with people leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in launching and enhancing digital products or platforms.
  • Experience in identifying and delivering AI-enabled product capabilities as part of a digital portfolio.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Familiarity with customer discovery, user experience research, and outcome-based product development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Healthcare, Technology, or equivalent experience) is preferred.
  • Experience in Healthcare IT is preferred.
  • The ability to travel as needed.

Training and Work Schedules

New hire training will take place from 8:00am-5:00pm CST during the first week; mandatory attendance is required. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with a scheduled shift of M-F, 8am-5pm CST.

Remote Work Details

All U.S. residents are eligible to apply. This role is fully remote, requiring a dedicated, quiet, private space with high-speed internet. We will provide the necessary computer, technology, and equipment. You are responsible for your internet connection, which must meet the following criteria:

  • Secure, high-speed broadband connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber). Dial-up, satellite, WIFI, and cellular connections are not acceptable.
  • A download speed of 15Mbps.
  • An upload speed of 5Mbps.
  • A maximum ping rate of 30ms.
  • A hardwired connection to the router.
  • A surge protector with Network Line Protection for CAH-issued equipment.
