The Role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketer with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience to join our dynamic team in Cape Town, South Africa. You will be responsible for defining, managing, and accelerating the growth for a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: Develop and execute advanced paid media strategies across social platforms (Meta, TikTok) and Google.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Implement and manage advanced tracking and tagging using tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM) and analyze user behavior.
  • Client Management: Take full ownership of client relationships, including presenting campaign results, negotiating contracts, and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain meticulous administration of client platforms (e.g., Monday, Google Drive), and ensure clear, timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Mentor junior performance marketers and interns, and proactively share knowledge with peers.
  • Financial Management: Manage monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and demonstrate strong financial and budgeting skills.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry certifications (Meta, Google) and proactively seek new opportunities to contribute to the company's growth.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a performance or growth marketing role, preferably focused on e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in advanced, cross-channel execution: Meta, Google, and Email/CRM strategy.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic growth plans.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A continuous learning mindset, excellent client presentation skills, and a highly proactive mindset.
