A company is looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Associate (Contractor) to expand their paid acquisition channel mix.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of a structured testing roadmap for new paid media channels
• Manage day-to-day campaign setup, trafficking, and pacing across new channel tests
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Creative, and marketing teams to execute experiments and provide insights

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing with a BS / BA or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with at least one paid media platform (e.g., Meta, Snapchat, Reddit)
• Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms and understanding of attribution frameworks
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
• Genuine curiosity about digital advertising trends and a passion for helping others build financial security
