Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of platform-side (C-end) marketing campaigns. Develop monthly campaign plans and large-scale marketing initiatives based on business goals, user needs, and city-level performance, and take ownership of campaign outcomes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of platform business logic, user operation strategies, and city-level differences. Design targeted campaign strategies tailored to different city stages and objectives, and ensure high-quality execution across cities.
  • Drive full-cycle execution of large-scale platform campaigns, including theme ideation, mechanism design, resource integration, scheduling, cross-team collaboration, risk management, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Coordinate and execute both in-app and off-platform promotion strategies during campaigns, including but not limited to in-app placements, push notifications, SMS, email, social media, and private traffic channels, to maximize reach and conversion.
  • Manage C-end design requirements by translating business goals into clear design briefs. Oversee the delivery of key visuals, promotional materials, landing pages, and daily operational design assets, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and City Operations) to define and drive marketing and user operation requirements, ensuring smooth rollout of campaigns and features.
  • Utilize platform backend systems and C-end operational tools to configure, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns, improving execution and operational efficiency.
  • Support day-to-day C-end operations, including campaign setup, resource allocation, scheduling support, cross-team coordination, and other user growth-related initiatives.
  • Establish data monitoring and performance evaluation frameworks for campaigns and operational projects. Analyze key metrics such as impressions, clicks, participation, conversion, and retention, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and user feedback to continuously improve campaign mechanics, communication effectiveness, and operational frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in C-end marketing campaign operations, user operations, growth operations, or related fields. Experience in internet, local services, e-commerce, or food delivery industries is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand platform business models, core metrics, and city-level differences, and develop effective operational strategies accordingly.
  • Proven creativity and campaign planning skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and drive complex projects to execution.
  • Strong data analysis skills and result-oriented mindset. Ability to identify issues, validate outcomes, and optimize strategies based on data. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to coordinate resources across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Strong ability to structure and manage requirements, including operational, campaign, and design needs.
  • Familiarity with C-end product logic and common operational backend tools, with hands-on experience in configuration and execution.
  • Strong sense of ownership, execution capability, and accountability. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a complex business environment.
  • Strong communication, summarization, and reporting skills, with the ability to independently produce campaign proposals, project updates, and post-mortem reports.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-city or regional operations.
  • Experience in large-scale integrated marketing campaigns or platform-wide promotional events.
  • Experience with multi-channel campaign coordination (in-app placements, push notifications, email, social media, private traffic, etc.).
  • Experience working with backend tools, marketing systems, or user operation products, and collaborating with product/engineering teams to drive feature improvements.
  • Strong design sense and experience managing creative assets, with the ability to efficiently drive design deliverables.
