We are seeking a proactive and driven Growth Marketing Manager who excels in managing paid and search channels while achieving measurable results. Your expertise in Google and Meta, coupled with your ability to build, track, and optimize effective growth campaigns, will be invaluable.

This position is part of our Growth team and emphasizes scaling performance programs across Paid and SEO/AEO channels to drive user acquisition and sustained engagement. You will develop acquisition strategies, lead a team of growth marketers, and convert performance data into actionable insights that steer optimization strategies and enhance business results.

We are in search of a technical innovator who excels in logic-driven analysis and team collaboration. You should be comfortable navigating ad platforms and search engines, adept in measurement methodologies, and eager to translate data into impactful actions. This leadership role prioritizes measurement accuracy, rapid testing, and incremental growth.

You’ll be responsible for executing and refining strategies across Google Ads, Meta, SEO/AEO, and up-and-coming platforms. Duties will include developing campaign and keyword strategies, implementing and validating tracking mechanisms, and consistently improving outcomes. Collaboration is key—partnering with Product Marketing, Analytics, Product, Creative, Engineering, and Lifecycle teams to ensure acquisition strategies are well-measured, data insights are clear, and optimization efforts are impactful.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement acquisition strategies in Paid and SEO/AEO to drive scalable traffic growth.
  • Oversee and cultivate a high-performing team of growth marketers, enhancing accountability and performance standards.
  • Manage execution and optimization across Google Ads, Meta, and search channels.
  • Identify high-impact growth prospects and establish a detailed experimentation roadmap.
  • Design and oversee audience, keyword, and targeting strategies across multiple channels.
  • Ensure precise instrumentation, attribution, and tracking across web and mobile platforms, including event tracking and defining technical specifications.
  • Transform performance data into actionable insights and collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Engineering to implement and verify measurement solutions for leadership.

Skills/Competencies

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience managing Paid and/or SEO initiatives at scale, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, and strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and evolving search landscapes.
  • Thorough understanding of mobile measurement partners, attribution models, conversion tracking, and event instrumentation.
  • Hands-on experience with tracking systems, pixels, UTMs, and conversion APIs.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to connect channel performance with business outcomes.
  • Proven capability to manage cross-functional initiatives and articulate clear technical requirements. Highly organized with a proactive approach and strong accountability.
  • Ability to craft and advocate for a growth strategy perspective in ambiguous or changing environments.

Salary Range Transparency

  • US Remote: $136,000 - $197,000 per year
  • Austin Metro Area: $136,000 - $197,000 per year
  • NYC Metro Area: $159,000 - $231,000 per year
  • Seattle Metro Area: $165,000 - $242,000 per year
  • Scottsdale Metro Area: $134,000 - $197,000 per year
  • San Francisco Bay Area: $170,000 - $246,000 per year
