As Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you will lead Everise’s lead generation strategy to build qualified pipeline. You’ll report to the Director of Demand Generation and oversee multi-channel programs across digital, events, content, and automation to drive revenue impact. You will manage Growth Marketing Managers and ensure data-driven, scalable initiatives aligned with pipeline goals. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on optimization to translate growth priorities into integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the lead generation strategy aligned with revenue targets
• Create integrated demand generation programs across digital channels, events, website, and content
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns and optimize for qualified leads and pipeline contribution
• Guide and mentor Growth Marketing Managers in campaign planning and optimization
• Own marketing analytics, dashboards, and reporting on MQLs, cost per lead, and pipeline attribution
• Oversee marketing automation including lead capture, segmentation, and nurture programs
• Improve website-driven lead generation and conversion; optimize landing pages and journeys
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, and Marketing leadership to align campaigns with target accounts and segments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 8+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or lead generation
• Proven track record of multi-channel lead generation driving pipeline and revenue
• Experience across digital channels, marketing automation, events, and inbound programs
• Hands-on with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics 4
• Experience analyzing campaign performance, attribution, and pipeline contribution using dashboards
• Experience leading and mentoring marketing professionals
• Strong understanding of funnel management, lifecycle management, and conversion optimization
• Experience optimizing inbound marketing and SEO with SEMrush or similar tools
