General Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive our paid media initiatives across the Steve Madden and Dolce Vita brands in the Americas, including the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This role focuses on enhancing our paid programs in Affiliate Marketing, Paid Social, Paid Search, and Display, collaborating closely with our media agencies. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy across the Americas, ensuring market-specific optimizations align with our brand's unified goals.
  • Work in close partnership with external agencies to execute digital marketing strategies and maximize performance metrics.
  • Identify innovative growth strategies that drive incremental revenue, reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and increasing incremental Return on Ad Spend (iROAS).
  • Oversee our affiliate programs, strengthening relationships with partners, influencer networks, and emerging e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PR, brand, and influencer teams, to harness earned media moments effectively.
  • Align with e-commerce and retention teams on product launches, promotional campaigns, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Lead structured creative testing to enhance user-generated content, creator partnerships, and branded content to adapt to best practices on evolving platforms.
  • Expand social commerce initiatives while exploring new opportunities to leverage.
  • Provide senior leadership and cross-functional partners with insightful recaps and analyses of campaign performances and growth strategies.
  • Manage dashboard-level reporting and analytics to support channel tactical needs.
  • Effectively handle multiple projects and deadlines, utilizing available support and resources.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in paid media or growth marketing (experience in retail/DTC is preferred).
  • Extensive knowledge of Affiliate Marketing and Paid Social, including creator-driven commerce.
  • Proven success in managing substantial budgets and driving down CAC on a large scale.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in incrementality measurement and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
  • Experience in managing agencies and/or direct reports.
  • Experience with either an agency or high-growth consumer-facing apparel brand.
  • Ability to balance brand integrity with performance objectives effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

This position is based in our LIC office, which requires presence on-site. The expected salary ranges from $110,000 to $120,000, varying based on relevant skills, experience, education, and organizational factors.
