We're just getting started.What you'll be doingWe're looking for an experienced growth marketer to take ownership of our user acquisition strategy for the getquin platform. Your mission: drive scalable, data-driven growth across iOS, Android and web - with a focus on paid performance, subscriptions conversion, and user activation.Develop and own a multi-channel growth strategy focused on mobile user acquisition and subscription conversionScale and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta and other key paid channelsUse attribution and analytics tools to track performance, understand impact, and guide decisionsManage budgets strategically based on ROI and user valueCollaborate closely with product to drive efficiency across the entire user funnelContinuously evolve our MarTech stack and ensure clear, actionable reporting on key growth KPIsThis role will report directly to our Head of Growth.What we are looking for3+ years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing for mobile apps, ideally in consumer subscription modelsProven success in scaling Meta app campaigns and optimizing across acquisition and retentionStrong analytical mindset and confidence using attribution tools (e.g. Adjust, Appsflyer)Bonus: background or interest in wealth, investing, or fintechComfortable working in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environmentWhy join getquin?We're a fast-growing B2C startup, and here, your work has real impact.
