Overview
Dataworks is partnering with a profitable, fast-scaling international SaaS business looking to hire a Senior Growth Product Manager to own the next phase of growth.
The company has already built a strong product and meaningful recurring revenue base. They are now looking for someone hands-on who can help take the business from its current level to the next stage through product-led growth initiatives.
The Role
You will own core growth metrics across the product, including:
- User acquisition to activation
- Monetisation and pricing strategy
- Retention and churn reduction
- Experimentation roadmap and A/B testing
- Lifecycle journeys across in-app and email
This is a highly execution-focused role working closely with founders, product and engineering. Ideal for someone who enjoys shipping quickly and making measurable impact.
Profile Required
- 5+ years experience in Product, Growth Product, or Product-led Growth roles
- Strong background in B2C SaaS products
- Experience within subscription-based businesses
- Proven track record improving conversion, ARPU, retention or churn metrics
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Hands-on operator, not purely strategic
- Fintech / payments / trading / consumer finance exposure is a plus
