Our client is a fast-growing healthcare recruitment agency supporting aged care facilities and hospitals across Australia. This dynamic agency specialises in supplying high-quality healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Personal Care Workers. • *The Role**

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter who is highly organised and can also manage candidate compliance. You'll be supporting the onshore recruitment team by identifying, screening, and onboarding healthcare professionals. This role is responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, and managing the full compliance process to ensure staff are fully work-ready. You will play a key role in maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified and compliant healthcare professionals ready for placement • *Mandatory Requirements** • 4+ years of experience in international remote recruitment (UK/U.S/AUS/UAE). • 2+ years of experience within healthcare recruitment or healthcare staffing. • 2+ years of experience using Seek Talent Search or recruitment job ad/candidate search platforms. • *Roles You Will Recruit For:** • Registered Nurses (RN) • Enrolled Nurses (EN) • Personal Care Workers (PCA / PCW) • *What Success Looks Like in This Role:** • A consistent pipeline of high-quality healthcare candidates. • Pivoting to support upcoming or urgent requirements of the recruitment team. • Candidates are fully compliant and ready to start work quickly. • Accurate documentation and compliance management. • Strong candidate engagement and communication.
