Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Six years of recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Three years of experience recruiting medical providers, preferably primary care physicians and nurse practitioners
- Experience in agency and corporate settings is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
