About

We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join a high-impact HR Technology team supporting and enhancing Workday across the enterprise. This role combines hands-on operational support with enhancement delivery, partnering closely with HR, Product, and Engineering to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Operations & Support

  • Provide day-to-day production support for Workday, including issue resolution, user support, and system maintenance
  • Support core modules including Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to provide guidance on processes, transactions, and system best practices
  • Manage ticket queues and resolve data, system, and user-related issues in a production environment

Data Management & Reporting

  • Lead data quality initiatives including audits, root cause analysis, and remediation
  • Perform ongoing data validation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity across HR systems
  • Develop and deliver reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making

Enhancements & Implementation

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to design, test, and deploy Workday enhancements (business processes, security, integrations, reporting)
  • Lead and execute UAT efforts including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and validation
  • Support Workday releases, upgrades, and new feature rollouts

Integrations & Documentation

  • Support inbound/outbound data integrations with third‑party systems, including validation and reconciliation
  • Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user training materials

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of HRIS experience with strong focus on Workday support and enhancements
  • 3+ years of hands‑on Workday configuration across core modules (Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Reporting)
  • Experience with EIBs, mass data loads, and data corrections
  • Proven experience supporting UAT (test planning, execution, defect management)
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures, data quality, and downstream impacts
  • Experience supporting production environments with ticket management and issue resolution
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday Pro Certifications (Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Reporting, Benefits, Compensation)
  • Experience with Phenom (CRM / candidate sourcing)
  • Familiarity with Agile environments and cross‑functional delivery models
