Sr. Principal IAM Security Engineer

A company is looking for a Sr. Principal IAM Security Engineer to lead the strategy and execution for modern Identity and Access Management.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise IAM strategy for human and non-human identities, including lifecycle and governance standards
• Build and operationalize security controls for service identities and automate identity workflows
• Drive Zero Trust initiatives and improve identity threat detection and response

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IAM/security engineering with a focus on enterprise identity architectures
• Proven experience securing non-human identities across cloud and production environments
• Deep knowledge of authentication standards such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML
• Experience with cloud IAM ecosystems and privileged access management
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience in designing identity solutions
