Senior IBM Sterling Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced IBM Sterling Developer with deep expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Order Management (OMS) for a critical enterprise integration initiative. This role requires a true Sterling specialist capable of handling complex, high-volume transaction environments with minimal supervision.

Required Experience

• 17+ years of overall IT experience
• 10+ years of hands-on experience exclusively with IBM Sterling technologies

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in YFS Framework, including custom Java development, Business Process (BP) flow design, and Agent customization
• Advanced EDI knowledge with X12/EDIFACT mapping
• Hands-on experience with AS2, SFTP, and secure gateway configurations
• Strong database and performance tuning skills with Oracle/DB2/SQL optimization
• Experience supporting high-volume order processing environments
• Exposure to secure and compliance-driven enterprise environments
