Your Role

• Implementation and support of deployment projects in cloud and on-premise infrastructures as well as in the workplace environment
• Ensuring system maintenance and continuous optimization of the IT landscape for SME clients
• Technical support for the Service Desk as 2nd-level support for complex inquiries
• Management of technical documentation, including the creation of configuration and user manuals
• Knowledge transfer within the team and promotion of the professional development of colleagues

What You Need to Succeed

• Completed IT education (EFZ), preferably supplemented by higher vocational training (HF/FH)
• Many years of professional experience in a similar role in the ICT environment
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft, Citrix, and VMware technologies (relevant certifications are a plus)
• Strong team spirit combined with a high quality awareness
• Confident communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written
