Your Role

• Realization of deployment projects (Cloud On-Premise/Workplace Infrastructure)
• Maintenance and further development of existing customer systems in the SME environment
• Support of the Service Desk in 2nd-level support
• Management of documentation and creation of configuration guides
• Promotion of know-how transfer to team colleagues

What You Should Bring

• Training as an IT specialist EFZ, ideally with specialized further training (HF/FH)
• Several years of experience in a comparable position
• Sound technical knowledge of products from MS, Citrix, VMware etc. (certifications are an advantage)
• Team player with a high quality standard
• Confident communication in German and English
