Conduct demanding IT projects for SMEs and actively shape modern IT infrastructures! As a Senior ICT System Engineer, you will be responsible for deployment projects, manage cloud and on-premise solutions, and support 2nd-level support in a motivated team. Your Tasks

• Plan, implement, and manage deployment projects (Cloud & On-Premise, Workplace & Infrastructure)
• Maintain, optimize, and further develop existing customer systems in the SME environment
• Support the Service Desk in 2nd-level support
• Maintain documentation and create configuration guides
• Promote internal knowledge exchange and coach team colleagues

Our Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ideally with further education at HF/FH
• Several years of experience in a comparable senior IT position
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products, Citrix, VMware, and comparable technologies; certifications are an advantage
• Team player with a high standard of quality
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
