Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer (m/f/d)

Role

In this role, you will design modern authentication solutions that make applications both secure and as simple as possible for users. You will develop and operate identity and access management systems that are tailored to individual security requirements and function reliably in demanding environments. You will use your broad security knowledge to plan, implement, and continuously improve solutions in our own hosting center as well as in customer environments. You will work closely with various stakeholders, advise them on security issues, and translate complex requirements into practical technical concepts. With your (technical) university degree in computer science, your experience in security engineering, and your fluent German and English skills, you will significantly contribute to combining high security standards with excellent user experience.

Responsibilities

• Consulting our clients in the analysis, conception, and implementation of IAM projects
• Building, operating, and optimizing complex IAM infrastructures
• Integrating new security solutions together with manufacturers, architects, and project teams
• Technical support and further development of authentication and federation solutions
• Participation in demanding projects in the field of IT security and identity management

Qualifications

• Completed degree in computer science or comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of IAM architectures and technologies such as Keycloak, Azure Entra ID, Airlock IAM, or comparable solutions
• Experience with RBAC, CBAC, OpenID Connect, OAuth, or SAML
• Flawless German, written and spoken, good English skills
• Structured, customer-oriented personality with high commitment and team spirit
