What YOU will do

• Lead architecture, design, and scaling of Ping Identity solutions for workforce and customer identity use cases
• Deploy, configure, and integrate Ping Federate, PingID, Ping Directory, Ping Central, and PingOne platforms
• Design and implement identity workflows using orchestration engines such as PingOne DaVinci
• Manage and deploy passwordless authentication using FIDO2/WebAuthn standards
• Serve as technical lead across multiple concurrent IAM projects, ensuring timely delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the full Ping Identity stack
• Integrate IAM solutions with Microsoft Azure Identity (Entra ID) and other IdP platforms

What YOU will bring us

• 7+ years of experience in identity and access management engineering and architecture
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ping Identity in large enterprise or CIAM settings
• Deep expertise with Ping product suite: Ping Federate, PingID, Ping Directory, PingOne platforms
• Advanced knowledge of protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM, and LDAP
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Preferred: Ping certifications (PingFederate, PingDirectory, PingOne)
• Preferred: experience with PingOne DaVinci and Microsoft Entra ID
• Nice to have: scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Groovy); familiarity with Descope IAM

Location

This role will be 3 days onsite in our offices in San Antonio, TX or Tysons, VA.
