The IT department is looking for a Senior Computer Scientist*in / Data Specialist (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

  • Independent conception, development, and operation of IT solutions for the integration, transformation, and harmonization of structured medical and non-medical data
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Analysis, evaluation, and further development of semantic data standards and interfaces (HL7 FHIR, OpenEHR, LOINC, SNOMED CT)
  • Independent implementation of complex IT solutions for the utilization of data in concrete, interdisciplinary projects
  • Support and advice for other departments on interoperability and data integration issues
  • Participation in supra-regional working groups

Your Profile

  • Completed Master's degree e.g. in Computer Science, Medical Informatics, Bioinformatics or related fields or comparable qualification
  • Sound knowledge in data integration (modeling, SQL, ETL), experience with (medical) information systems
  • Ability to analyze and independently solve complex IT problems
  • Experience in object-oriented programming, container technology (Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of current interoperability standards and their use (HL7 v2, HL7 FHIR etc.)
  • High degree of self-motivation with a hands-on mentality and independent working style
