Senior Information Technology Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple technology initiatives supporting a large‑scale, enterprise environment. This role focuses on infrastructure and network‑related projects, requiring strong coordination across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical project management experience, infrastructure knowledge, and strong communication skills to successfully drive projects from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously across varying levels of complexity
• Lead full project lifecycle execution: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and key deliverables
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define scope and requirements
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including internal staff and third‑party vendors
• Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and project changes
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to established PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end project delivery across multiple initiatives
• Strong experience with:
  • Scope, schedule, and budget management
  • Stakeholder communication and coordination
  • Experience working within structured PMO environments and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with network and infrastructure projects, such as:
  • Fiber networks / telecommunications
  • Wireless and Wi‑Fi networks
  • Campus or enterprise data networks
  • Unified communications technologies
• Experience with ServiceNow (Project, Demand, or Idea modules)
• Exposure to enterprise systems (e.g., SAP projects)
• Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM practices
• PMP Certification (preferred)
