We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple technology initiatives supporting a large‑scale, enterprise environment. This role focuses on infrastructure and network‑related projects, requiring strong coordination across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical project management experience, infrastructure knowledge, and strong communication skills to successfully drive projects from initiation through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously across varying levels of complexity
- Lead full project lifecycle execution: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and key deliverables
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define scope and requirements
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including internal staff and third‑party vendors
- Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and project changes
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to established PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end project delivery across multiple initiatives
- Strong experience with:
- Scope, schedule, and budget management
- Stakeholder communication and coordination
- Experience working within structured PMO environments and methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with network and infrastructure projects, such as:
- Fiber networks / telecommunications
- Wireless and Wi‑Fi networks
- Campus or enterprise data networks
- Unified communications technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow (Project, Demand, or Idea modules)
- Exposure to enterprise systems (e.g., SAP projects)
- Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM practices
- PMP Certification (preferred)

Requirements
