Our client is a specialist technology recruitment agency supporting startups, major technology companies, and enterprise businesses across Australia. The agency specialises in identifying and securing top-tier technology talent across engineering, product, and digital functions.
The Role
This is a search-led, high-performance headhunting role — not a job-posting or admin-based recruitment position.
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing the top 5–10% of technology talent in the market. This includes passive candidates who are not actively applying for roles.
Working closely with the onshore team, you will build targeted talent pipelines, run structured outreach, and deliver high-quality, placement-ready candidates.
You will play a key role in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of elite, job-ready candidates for current and future client needs.
Mandatory Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in international remote recruitment (UK/U.S/AUS/UAE)
- 4+ years of experience in technology recruitment (mandatory)
- Proven experience in proactive sourcing/headhunting (LinkedIn, etc.)

Role Details
- Location: Remote - WFH
- Hours: 40 hrs per week. - 1 am - 9 am SAST
- Region: Sydney, Australia
- Monthly Salary: $2000-$2,500 AUD base + Generous Bonus + Perks + Paid Leave
- Contract: Independent Contractor - Ongoing
