Senior Integration Architect - Insurance - Switzerland

We're partnered with a leading technology company to hire an experienced Senior Integration Architect with a strong background in insurance and enterprise system integration.

Fluency in both German and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration architecture across enterprise software implementation projects
• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through to go-live support
• Design and implement scalable integration solutions across enterprise platforms
• Work closely with customers, implementation partners, developers, analysts, QA, and project leadership
• Support testing, issue resolution, and production support
• Mentor teams and drive delivery best practices across implementations

Requirements

• Strong experience in enterprise software implementations and integration architecture
• Background in the insurance industry
• Solid understanding of OO design, development, and testing principles
• Experience with enterprise integration frameworks and databases
• Strong Agile delivery experience
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills
