SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, coordination, and execution of high-end commercial, hospitality, and luxury residential interiors, with a strong focus on corporate fit-outs, banking environments, luxury villas, and hotel projects. This role is ideally suited to a technically strong and creatively driven designer who thrives in a design-and-build environment, works efficiently under pressure, and possesses both exceptional design ability and technical expertise. Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept development through to technical implementation and site completion
• Develop creative and technically sound design solutions aligned with client briefs, budgets, and project objectives
• Produce detailed technical drawings, construction documentation, space planning, joinery details, and specifications
• Prepare high-quality presentations, concept packs, mood boards, finishes schedules, and material selections
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations with professionalism and confidence
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and fast turnaround times
• Undertake site visits and site coordination, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout implementation
• Contribute to the design and delivery of corporate offices, banking facilities, luxury villas, hospitality, and hotel interiors
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, timeline, and budget expectations

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Senior Interior Designer role, preferably within a design-and-build environment
• Proven experience in corporate fit-outs, banking projects, luxury residential villas, hospitality, and hotel interiors
• Exceptional technical knowledge and detailing capabilities
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, joinery detailing, technical drawings, and project coordination
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Professional, polished, and confident in dealing with high-profile clientele and stakeholders
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and project coordination skills

Software Requirements: The successful candidate must be highly proficient in:

• AutoCAD (essential)
• Revit (highly advantageous)
• 3D Studio Max
• SketchUp
• Adobe Photoshop

Strong rendering, visualization, and presentation skills will be highly advantageous.
