Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive fundamental analysis of publicly traded companies and equity markets. Develop sophisticated financial models to forecast company performance, value equities, and assess investment risks. Formulate and present well-researched investment recommendations to portfolio managers and investment committees. Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events impacting equity investments. Identify and evaluate undervalued equities and high-growth opportunities. Maintain relationships with company management, industry experts, and sell-side analysts. Prepare detailed investment research reports, memos, and presentations. Contribute to the strategic asset allocation and portfolio construction process. Track the performance of existing portfolio holdings and provide timely updates and insights. Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies. Collaborate with sales and client relationship teams to communicate investment strategy and performance. Assist in due diligence for potential new investments and partnerships. Mentor and guide junior analysts within the investment team. Stay current with advancements in financial analysis techniques and investment strategies. Participate in industry conferences and networking events. Qualifications: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or progress towards it is highly desirable. A minimum of 7 years of experience in equity research, investment analysis, or portfolio management within the financial services industry. Proven track record of successful equity investment recommendations and alpha generation. Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques (e.g., DCF, comparable company analysis), and statistical analysis. In-depth knowledge of global equity markets, various sectors, and macroeconomic drivers. Proficiency in financial databases and analytical software (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, Refinitiv Eikon). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High ethical standards and a strong commitment to compliance.
